At Lumala, we hand-prepare every order with care from our workshop in Shenzhen, China. Here's everything you need to know about receiving your bracelet:
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your package ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Customs & Import Duties
For most personal-use orders (under $800 USD to the US), no additional customs duties apply. However, import regulations vary by country. Lumala is not responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may be charged by your local authorities. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Important Shipping Notes
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
• If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with your neighbors, household members, or local post office first.
