Refund policy

We want you to love your Lumala bracelet. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns:

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• All tags, cards, and accessories must be included
• The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Customized or engraved items cannot be returned

How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at support@lumalashop.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Attach clear photos of the item and its packaging
3. We'll review your request and respond within 24 hours
4. If approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions

Important Note on International Returns
Due to high international shipping costs, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping cost or offer a full refund without requiring a return.

For other return reasons, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

90-Day Quality Warranty
If your bracelet develops a quality defect within 90 days of purchase (such as breakage under normal use or significant discoloration not caused by environmental factors), please contact us immediately. We'll repair or replace it free of charge.

Items Not Eligible for Return
• Worn or used items showing signs of use
• Items damaged due to improper care (e.g., prolonged water exposure, extreme dryness without oiling)
• Customized or engraved items
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items not in original packaging

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.
